Our necklaces and earrings are designed and hand-assembled in Spain. We carefully choose all the beads, stones, clasps and findings one by one to create the perfect piece.
Most of our accessories are made with stones of natural origin, so optimal care is essential to avoid damaging them. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, chlorine, salt water, moisturizers and other chemicals as they may damage the accessories.
Therefore, we recommend removing your jewelry when sleeping, playing sports, showering or bathing in the sea or swimming pool.
Our earrings and chains are made of stainless steel and/or gold-plated materials, but the passage of time may cause changes in color. It is essential to take proper care of your accessories to avoid damage. We recommend storing them in a dry place, away from sunlight.
If you are not happy with your order, or it is not what you expected, you have 15 calendar days to request the return of your purchase.
IMPORTANT: for hygienic reasons we will not accept the return of earrings.
To process the return, please write to contact@perlis.es including order number and reason for the change, and send your order within 7 days of receiving our response. Once we receive the order we will refund your purchase in full. The item must arrive in perfect condition and unused. If these conditions are not met Perlis has the right to refuse the return.
Returns will be sent to the address provided at the responsibility and cost of the purchaser, who will choose their preferred method of return. Perlis is not responsible for any lost shipment.
If the reason for the return is for a defective item, please contact contact@perlis.es and we will contact you to assess the damage and compensation.
Perlis is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, lack of care, loss or theft.
We make our necklaces and earrings in our workshop on demand. The estimated preparation time is 24-72 working hours.
The delivery time is 2-3 working days for orders in Spain. Delivery times are always approximate. In periods of high demand such as Christmas or Black Friday delivery times may be extended.
Please note no deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.
Orders will be produced and shipped exclusively during business hours. The company will be closed on the following holidays, where no orders will be processed or shipped:
